iXsystems RMA Policy (as of 2017)

As of 03/01/2017,

  • All warranted systems will inherit the following RMA policies, depending on whether or not they are located in the US.
  •  
  • Standard Domestic RMA Policy: Advanced Replacement + Return Shipping Label (time limited to 7 days)- Return label is time limited and that the faulty part must have arrived at iX within 14 days to avoid an automated invoice for the full cost of the replacement part.

  • Standard International RMA Policy: Advanced Replacement; customer responsible for returning failed component (no shipping label)- Parts must be received at iX depot within 14 days to avoid an automated invoice for the full cost of the replacement part.
